Time Waits for No One
Please forgive me that I have not responded sooner but everyone has family responsibilities and that is what I am doing now. My son had surgery for a rotator cuff tear requiring my help with aftercare, my area of expertise, Nursing. It is this focus that has helped me in my research and ultimately developed problem solving solutions to remove Critical Race Theory and Protect Parental Rights.
For those who are new to my Substack, I want to welcome you. Unlike most posts on Substack, I am not just providing you with information relevant to our fight, but to how to apply this information to safeguard our children and protect our parental rights. You can follow our progress on this site as well. Our goal is to save all children in the State of Ohio and possibly the country.
Our forebearers, in their infinite wisdom, took the time to protect our educational system nationwide, by imposing guidelines as it relates to education and parental rights by the US Constitution (Educational Doctrine). By using the Rules of Law, we can hold the Governor and the legislative body accountable. Those Rules of Law have been provided by the US Constitution as well as the Ohio Constitution.
I have appeared before the Board of Education on three separate occasions. Because of my knowledge of Title IX educational amendment, I stopped the Board of Education from using Social Justice issues to alter Title IX, based on the proposed law changes made by the US Department of Education.
I provided testimony to the Board of Education that Title IX of 1972 is still in effect and that is a federal law. The Board of Education does not have the authority to make such changes. Only Congress can pass a law to change the amendment and Congress has not passed such a law because it is contrary to the US Constitution. This would require the US Constitution to be amended and that is not going to happen. The proposed Title IX amendment is just a proposal and has no legal backing to order compliance.
By doing so, it forced the Board of Education to comply with the Rules of Law.
Resolution 24 supports Title IX of 1972. Resolution 24 was distributed to all the Superintendents and school district board of education members. So, if your school is violating Title IX with transgenders in female sports or bathrooms, simply take a copy of Resolution 24 and hold all of the individuals that received that communication accountable. I have even gone so far as to develop law violations that are applicable to such officials on state, federal and international levels. States are considered sovereign, so that states (the Governor, the legislative body, and the Board of Education) must comply with any treaties that are recognized by the United States.
I have filed complaints against 18 Ohio board members on the state level, with failure to restore the Rules of Law that govern education.
I have also filed complaints against the Governor with the Inspector General and the Department of Civil Rights. Both have the ability to act. I am waiting for their response to my complaints.
The House Speaker has failed to put House Bill 327 for a vote even though HB 327 was ready for a floor vote in January of 2022. The office of the House Speaker has indicated that the House Speaker
has no intention of putting HB 327 on the docket for a house vote. With that, I filed a complaint against the House Speaker with the Joint Legislative Ethics Committee, that addresses complaints against legislators. Their focus is on Ohio Law rather than the US Constitution.
I am hoping that this will help get up to speed where we are right now. Since the House will not address CRT this year I have two options, 1) to initiate statutory Initiatives to remove CRT and remove pornography from the schools, and 2) to appeal to Senators to take up our concerns with regard to CRT and pornography in our schools.
To support our efforts to remove Critical Race Theory and Protect Parental Rights, go to ActforAmerica.org and sign the petition and complete the campaign in its entirety. To further promote the cause, tell at least 10 friends and have those friends do the same. As per the rules, children 13 years or older can sign the petition. This is a good way to teach your children about civic responsibility in the process.
We cannot comply with or accept the indoctrination in our schools or the with cultural changes that is contrary to our beliefs.
I want to impart words of wisdom by Edmund Burke.
